Each project moves through the various stages of design from start to finish.

The time it takes to move from stage to stage varies on the project.

Stage 01 - Conceptual Design

We come up with a concept of the spaces you are looking for in your finished project.

Stage 02 - Schematic Design

Those concepts are put together to create an initial design idea(s).

Stage 03 - Design Development

We review the initial schematic design(s) & make improvements where needed.
(Sometimes this means revisiting schematic design & working to create an alternate idea.)

Stage 04 - Construction Document Creation

The developed design drawings are turned into drawings that can be given to a builder/contractor & used to construct the project.

Each project will receive an estimate to bring the project to completion.

Please Note: drafting projects that are not specific to building permits & home construction are also accepted.
(Examples: kitchen layouts, outbuildings, saunas, etc.)
